This spell allows the caster to enrich a area of ground. This allows the soil to be improved to near ideal conditions. This alone will cause the are to produce +100% more product. This can overcome even some of the worst soils, but can only do just some much. If the soil is really poor it can be made fair soil but no better. Multiple castings of this does not improve the soil any more.
