This is the beginings of the Rift page. I love Rifts and and while I agree with some critics that it probably is not the easiest game to run it is one of the few that allows the players to be anything and lets the GM to have complete and unrestricted freedom.
With all that said here is the map to my content. I will try to fill ths out as soon as I can
